The average offer price in the secondary housing market of Ufa makes up 43,5 thousand rubles for one square meters now. For the last week it has become by 0,2% cheaper.
One- and multi-room flats have cheapened by 0,3% and two- and three-room ones – by 0,2%.
According to information of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the cheapest three-room 45-square-meter flat in K. Marx Street in the very center of the city is offered at one million rubles and the most expensive five-room 220-square-meter flat costs 16 million rubles (located on October Avenue).
The most expensive out-of-town cottage with the area 350 square meters is offered at 20 million rubles.
