Nine Republican laws have been passed at today’s 30th gathering of the State Council-Kurultay-RB of the fourth convocation, opening the autumn session-2010. The deputies have passed the alterations to the law RB “The Budget of Republic of Bashkortostan – 2010”, the law “National-cultural communities of citizens in Republic of Bashkortostan”, alterations of the articles 23 and 24 in the law RB “The Government of Republic of Bashkortostan” and some other laws. The bill “The ombudsman for human rights in Republic of Bashkortostan”, considered in the third reading was also approved by the deputies.
Now the passed laws have to be signed by the President RB Rustem Khamitov. After that they will come into force. The President RB was present at the first part of the session and took the floor with the speech, in which he outlined his vision of the problem, standing before the Republic.
