Editorial staffs and journalists, covering the problems of agriculture, are invited to take part in the all-Russian contest “Agro-Mass-media-2010”, organized by the all-Russian public organization “Russian agrarian movement” and by the Association of agrarian journalists of Russia. The contest is supported by the Russian Ministry of agriculture and the Federal press and mass communications agency. The contest is held in three directions and ten main nominations: for TV-works – “Village in the lens”, “Rural report”; for radio – “The voice of village – the voice of Russia”; for printed and e-editions – “The agricultural complex of Russia in mass-media”, “The master of the land”, “Rural priorities”, “My Land”, “Choose the village as a residence”, “Young village” and “My compatriots”.
The press-service of the Ministry of agriculture RB reports three special nominations are added this year. They concern the coverage of the state program for development of agriculture in 2008-2010, provision of the country’s food security, innovational development and modernization of Russian agriculture.
The winner of the Grand Prix and the names of the laureates and diploma-owners will be announced at the awarding ceremony in Moscow in the third decade of December within the frames of the festival “Agro-Mass-media-2010”.
