The Beloretsky metallurgical plant goes on increasing production volumes
The Beloretsky metallurgical plant, found in the staff of the company “METCHEL”, goes on increasing the output of the hardware products. Thereby “METCHEL” keeps its leadership in the Russian hardware market. Thus, in August the overall output, produced and sold by two hardware enterprises in the staff of the Metal Wares Producers Association “PROMMETIZ” – the Beloretsky metallurgical plant and the Vyartsilsky hardware plant – made up about 54 thousand tons – by 45% more than for the same period of time in 2009 and by 4% more than in July 2010.
The Beloretsky metallurgical plant is considered one of the biggest hardware enterprises of Russia, stably increasing its production volumes. In August 2010 the plant has sold 44 thousand tons of metal wares. This is the best production result for the whole history of the enterprise. The production record is reached by the plant in production of wire too. Thus, the plant produced more than 55 thousand tons of high-quality rolled wire in August 2010. In 2010 the Beloretsky metallurgical plant intends to produce 624 tons of rolled metal and 450 thousand tons of hardware, i.e. correspondingly by 15 and 38% more than the outputs in 2009.
In November 2010 the production capacities of the Beloretsky metallurgical plant will be widened with the new equipment on production of the welding coppered and light wire. The works on preparation for assembling of this equipment already started at the plant.
