Constantine Skvortsov is rewarded with the Literary Award by S.T. Aksakov

In accordance with the decree of the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov the Literary Award by S.T. Aksakov is adjudged to Constantine Skvortsov for his essential contribution to development of modern poetic dramaturgy and maintenance of high traditions of humanism, patriotism and active public activity, the public affairs service of the President RB reports.

Constantine Skvortsov is a well-known Russian poet-dramatist, the co-chairman of the Union of Writers RF. Many lyrical poems of Constantine Skvortsov are devoted to Bashkortostan. He takes an active part in organization and holding of the annual international Aksakov’s festivals and he is the author of the song “The bells ringing in Nadejdino”, which became the hymn of the international Aksakov’s festival. He is also a popular public activist, a member of the tutorial council at the Aksakov Gymnasium in the city of Ufa.

Constantine Skvortsov is rewarded with the orders “The Sign of Honor” and “For the merits before Polish culture”, with the honorable diploma RB and he is the laureate of numerous literary and public awards.
