Doctor Cindy Robinson, physiotherapy specialist from Washington University (the USA) worked in the Bashkir State Medical University (BGMU) during the last week. This is her second visit to Ufa within the framework of international university academic exchange.
This time one of the leading rehabilitation specialists in the USA gave 4-6-year students practical classes on selection of physiotherapy methods for patients of the neurology clinic of the Medical University. Besides, she made a report at the 5th University neurology readings on Parkinson's disease.
According to Leila Akhmadeeva, the director of the neurology clinic of BGMU, future medics and doctors of different specialities learned a lot of useful information from their foreign colleague: from strategic approaches to concrete methods that can be applied even today.
