The prices in the secondary housing market of Ufa increased by 0,6% for the last week. The average offer price for one square meter on all types of flats is equal to 42,76 thousand rubles a present time.
The highest growth is observed in the segment of the flats with many rooms, where the cost of one square meter increased by 0,9%. The average price for one- and two-room flats increased by 0,8% and the three-room flats on the contrary became by 0,3% cheaper.
Thus, one can buy the cheapest one-room flat in Ufa at 950 thousand rubles. Its area is 30,3 square meters. The most expensive five-room 225 square meters flat in the very center of the city is estimated at 18,5 million rubles.
The most expensive cottage, put on sale, in the suburbs of Ufa with the total area 348 square meters is estimated at 20 million rubles.
