The level of housing prices in the biggest Russian cities is calculated in Russia. The city of Ufa, where the average price for one square meter makes up 42500 rubles, holds the 13th position in the list of 35 cities of Russia with the population from 500 thousand people and higher.
The analysts of the realty agencies network “The Expert” inform for eighth months of 2010 the housing prices in the capital of Bashkortostan increased by 9%.
The highest rise of housing prices is registered in Khabarovsk – 19,8%, in Vladivostok – 18,9% and in Moscow – 18,3%. The maximal price-cutting is fixed in Kemerovo – by 19,6%, in Ryazan – by 15,9% and in Novokuznetsk – by 14,3%.
