For the last week the housing prices in the secondary dwelling market of Ufa increased by 0,2%. The average offer price for one square meter on all types of flats makes up 42,5 thousand rubles for today.
The smallest growth is observed in the segment of the multi-room flats – by 0,1% and the highest – in the segment of the two-room flats, where the cost of one square meter increased by 0,3%. The prices for one- and three-room flats increased by 0,2%. From the beginning of the year the prices for one square meter of housing in Ufa have grown up by 6,1%, the realty agencies network “The Expert” reports.
Today one can buy the cheapest three-room flat in the city at 1150 thousand rubles (the area is 45 square meters). The most expensive elite five-room 225-square meters flat in the very center of Ufa is offered at 18,5 million rubles.
