The forecast of the job placement, made on August 10, shows that 6,2% of 44,5 thousand graduates still fail to find jobs in Bashkortostan, the Minister of education RB Zinnat Allayarov reported at the meeting of the coordination committee for assistance to population employment in the Government RB.
“In 2009 70% of 46 thousand graduates have found jobs and 13% continued their education at the next level” – he said – “At present time we observe the lowering of the employment level among graduates of professional colleges in several Bashkir regions and same tendency is observed among the graduates, finishing the Bashkir State Agrarian University and the Ufa State Academy of economics and service”. Besides, the Minister announced the list of the least demanded specialties for today: financiers, jurists, economists etc. The main problem here is the surplus of these specialists and low need in them in the region.
The deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Fidus Yamaltdinov has underscored it isn’t worth to pin all hopes on the employment centers and it is necessary to arrange the efficient interaction between the employers, the educational institutions and other structures.
