The Ufa State Oil Technical University is found in the list of 56 Russian institutes, having won the contest for the budget grants for development of their innovational infrastructure, the press-service of the Russian Ministry of education and science reports.
The contest commission determined the winners by the results of the analysis of the scientific, educational and innovational potentials of the institutes for the last three years and on the base of their development programs. The Central federal district has become the leader by the number of winners – 20 institutes. The Siberian federal district stands on the second position – 8 institutes and the Volga and the North-Western federal districts – on the third place (seven institutes in each district).
In a whole 199 educational institutions from 59 Russian regions have taken part in the competition.
The financing of the winners will make up about 150 million rubles for the 3-year term. The total amount of the federal budget’s funds in this direction will make up 8 billion rubles in 2010-2012.
