The hockey club “Salavat Ulaev” will transfer 1,5 million rubles for charity and the money are meant for the Relief Fund to the victims of the fires.
This initiative belongs to the “SKA” (Saint-Petersburg) and “Avant-garde” from Omsk – the clubs, which not just have already transferred the means to the Relief Fund after the series of the horrible forest fires, enveloping the whole country, but called all other clubs without exception to do the same. “Salavat Ulaev” was one of the first clubs, taking up this call. The decision was made jointly: by the club’s supervisory board, by the coach’s staff and by the players. The sum’s amount is 1,5 million rubles. The money will be transferred on August 16 to the account of the special Relief Fund, the official club’s site reports.
