Rustem Khamitov is again the first in the rate on informational favor in central mass-media

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov is again the first in the rate “The heads of the regions in mass-media” in July 2010 by the index of the informational favor in the reports of the central mass-media in the joint project of the news-agency “REGNUM” and the company “MEDIALOGY”. The index of M-r Khamitov is 9,513,83, the index of the Moscow Governor Uri Kuzkov is 6,799,32. One more rookie – the head of Karelia Andre Nelidov holds the third place in the rate.

By the number of the reports in the central mass-media  Uri Luzkov is still beyond competition – 4028 and the prize-winners of June changed positions: Ramzan Kadyrov (Chechen Republic) reached the second place (1365) and Valentine Matvienko (Saint-Petersburg) came down to the third one – 1019. Rustem Khamitov, who turned out to be in this list for the first time, is found on the fifth line.

According to the statistics the change of power in Bashkortostan hasn’t become the key event for the mass-media in the Volga federal district: by the number of the reports the Top 3 includes Valerie Shantsev (Nizhniy Novgorod region) -845, Rustam Minnikhanov (Tatarstan) – 632 and Paul Ipatov (Saratov region) – 591. The President RB is on the seventh place with 257 reports.
