The cost of one square meter in Ufa was falling down in July more actively, as compared with other Russian cities. It concerns both the new housing of the mass series and the secondary dwelling too. The drop made 1,4% and the price for one square meter reached 43,40 thousand rubles. This data has become the result of the investigation, conducted by the National Association of estimated pricing and cost engineering. The cities of Izhevsk (1,2%), Saratov and Chelyabinsk (1,1%) go after.
The most noticeable rise of housing prices was observed in Tomsk, where the price of one square meter increased by 1,9%, making 41,37 thousand rubles.
In July the housing offer price dropped by 0,5% and more in nine of 34 Russian regions, included into the monitoring, and increased – in four. The maximal amplitude of the price changes for this period of time means the price jumps calm down and thus the housing market is found in the balanced state.
