The purchase of the office buildings in Ufa for one’s own needs as a profitable alternative to the expensive rent in the present market conditions still doesn’t loose its actuality. The situation in this segment of the market stands idle since the end of the last year, the analysts of the company “Rain Group” report.
In the second quarter of 2010 the rent as well as the cost of sales in the Ufa market of office realty was found at the stage of stagnation with rather insignificant deviations.
The average sale cost of one square meter of the office immovable property in the second quarter of the year makes about 51044 rubles for one square meter. The average rent rate is 535 rubles for one square meter.
As for the demand in the office apartments depending upon the areas, the highest interest fall on the apartments with the area less than 100 square meters – 53%. The apartments with the area 300-700 square meters and more than 1000 square meters face the lowest demand.
