For the last week the prices in the secondary dwelling market of Ufa grew up by 0,2%. The average offer price on all types of flats makes up 41,83 thousand rubles at present moment.
The highest growth is observed in the sector of the flats with many rooms (more than three) – the cost of one square meter grew up by 0,8% there. The average prices on the two-room flats on the contrary dropped by 0,4%.
For today one can buy the cheapest three-room flat in Ufa at 1150 thousand rubles (the area is 45 square meters). The most expensive five-room flat with the area 225 square meters is found in the Kirov Street and costs 18,5 million rubles.
