Happy Navy Day!
The Day of Navy is celebrated in the country today and on this occasion the President of Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov congratulates all man-of war’s men and veterans of the Russian Navy:
“The navy was and remains a reliable bulwark of independence and power of our great Motherland. Its glorious history is marked with hard labor, magnificent feats, discoveries and performances of many generations of Russian man-of war’s men and naval commanders. In this day we remember all those, who did their duty with honor and who faithfully serve the Fatherland today.
The Navy of Russian Federation is the subject of our special pride and care. Thousands of our compatriots serve the Russian fleet with dignity. About 40 thousand naval officers, boatswains, seamen and first sergeants are registered in Bashkortostan for today and the public organization – the Naval Assembly – actively works here. It is good that a large and multi-sided activity for preparation of our youth for the army service, strengthening of the country’s defensive capacity, active support of the Navy and the armed Forces of Russian Federation in a whole have become a good tradition in Bashkortostan.
I wish your and your families strong health, well-being, happiness, good spirits, every success and excellent service for the good of our Fatherland!
The President of Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov’ – said in the complimentary address of the President RB.
