In the business hall of the terminal of internal airlines of the International airport "Ufa" the next master class on cooking and serving of dishes took place, which was held by experts of the public catering complex of the airport.
The event was opened by the deputy director of the given division Rais Nasyrov. He marked that the master class carrying out is directed on assortment expansion and improvement of quality of the issued production. It is promoted also by competition between public catering divisions: air-terminal complexes No.1 and No/ 2, a dining room and a cafe.
This day a number of new dishes were presented, which can fill up the assortment of issued production.
Independent experts took part in the estimation of quality of the cooked dishes, the press-service of "Ufa" airport informs.
