In Sterlitamak department of Administration of the Federal Service of the State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) on Bashkortostan Republic the hardware-software complex started to work, which allows forming and optimising the flow of visitors.
Now the applicant, who has addressed to the documents receiving office, uses a special terminal forming an "electronic queue» in the customer service area. The terminal issues a coupon where time of reception and the queue number are specified. Then, the visitor can expect comfortably, when the number of his coupon specifying the "window" of the free expert, which he needs will appear on the information board.
The press-service of Rosreestr Administration on RB informs that the electronic queuing system accelerates service processes and improves working conditions of experts.
In July it is planned to introduce the electronic queuing system also in three documents receiving offices in Ufa.
