In June the average price of the under construction inhabited real estate in the Ufa market has grown for 0,3 percent up to 39,7 thousand roubles per square metre.
Dynamics of prices as a whole in the primary market of habitation was defined by the segment of three-room apartments. This category of habitation for a month has risen in price for 1,3 percent (to 39,1 thousand roubles per "square"). The price of one-room apartments has not changed (43,4 thousand). Two-rooms apartment even have lost half-percent in price (38,3 thousand roules).
The average ask price in new buildings, which are already put into operation, makes for today 46,3 thousand roubles per square metre. The given indicator while calculating the average ask price is not considered.
According to the Network of the real estate agencies "Expert", a floor ask price of apartment in a new building at present makes 23,3 thousand roubles per square metre. Under such price the two-room apartment in the under construction house in Dagestan Street, 6 is on sale.
The ceiling ask price is 70 thousand roubles. Such is the cost per square metre of one-room apartment in the house located at the crossing of Mustai Karim and Chernyshevsky Streets.
