Rail Sarbaev: the programs of self-employment open new horizons before small business
At today’s operative meeting the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev turned attention to the indices of small business development and specially focused on the actuality of the programs for self-employment.
“Taking new conditions into consideration, when an unemployed citizen, opening his own business, receives the state subsidy at 59 thousand rubles plus additionally the same sum for every new hired worker, we have to contribute to maximal participation of our citizens in this program” – he said.
For five months of this year 1342 new workplaces were opened – practically at the level of the last year annual showing. 858 contracts are concluded for today and the overall sum on these contracts makes up 80,7 million rubles. 840 people are registered as individual businessmen, including 165 registered as farmers and 18 business people grasped this relief as the start for more serious project and registered themselves as legal persons.
Cattle breeding (185 people registered), bee-keeping (71), poultry-farming (52) and trade-purchasing activity (29 people) are the main directions in business undertakings. In 2010 it is expected to provide 3300 people with workplaces. 195,3 million rubles is appropriated for that, including almost 40 million from the Republican exchequer.
