The traditional all-Russian forum “Development of small and medium business” will take place in Moscow on May 18. The newspaper “Chronicles”, published jointly with “The Financial Times” and “The Wall Street Journal” and the all-Russian public small and medium business organization “The Support of Russia” are the co-organizers of the action.
The effect from the governmental decisions and normative acts in sphere of small and business undertakings, approved in 2009, the methods for the rise of small business efficiency and additional measures for support of small and medium business at the federal, regional and municipal levels will be the questions, offered for discussion by the participants of the forum. Besides, the most actual problems of tax legislation, the work of the pilot sites in sphere of public contracts at electronic auctions, problems of “small” privatization and availability of credits and grants for small business are also planned to be under discussion.
The questions, concerned with the overcoming of additional administrative barriers before business and corresponding legislative initiatives will be discussed separately.
Representatives of Russian Ministry of regional development, Russian Ministry of finances, Ministry of internal affairs RF, Federal anti-monopoly service and federal tax service, Russian Agency for health and Consumer Rights, representatives of business, bank and expert communities and business mass-media will take part in the forum.
The chairman of the state business undertakings and trade committee RB Rinat Zainullin, chairman of the committee for development of small and medium business of Tatarstan Timur Shagivaleev, the deputy Governor of Kaluga region Maxim Shereikin and other regional representatives will introduce the positions of the regional authority in this sphere.
