Nine owners of private farmings have received agricultural machines in installments at the state agricultural enterprise “BASHSELKHOZTECHNIKA” today – mainly the tractors “Belarus” of different modifications, very popular among agrarians.
The agrarians of Khaibullinsky, Askinsky, Ufimsky and Belokataysky regions RB received this chance thanks to the Republican program “Private Farming”.
Thus, the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev signed the decree on February, 2010, in accordance with which 200 million rubles, appropriated by the Republican budget, were spent for purchases of the agricultural machinery: tractors, mowing machines, ploughs and other aggregates were purchased on the special terms – the initial payment didn’t exceed 10% with the 10-year payment by installments.
The Prime-Minister of Government RB has met with the agrarians today personally to discuss the course of the program with them.
The participants of the program suggested that the subsidies should be provided for the individual agricultural producers together with the big farmings. “This question is very important” – the Prime-Minister answered – “but at that it is necessary to take the volumes of the agricultural output, the used land areas and the number of the machines into account and the subsidizing shouldn’t be separate. The subsidies have to be provided for the agrarians in general volume and counting on one product unit. In this case any normal peasant would be interested in the increase of the crop capacity and productivity of cattle-breeding and it will give an additional push to development of our private farmings” – Rail Sarbaev concluded.
The Prime-Minister turned attention to the lack of information: “People are complaining” – he said – “So the situation in the regions should be corrected. The positions of those regions, where the uncultivated lands are practically absent for today, is quite clear but there are the regions, where we face certain problems with the usage of agricultural lands and this situation in such regions has to be cardinally altered. People must have this information and our duty is to give them all necessary documents”.
