The modern building conditions gradually turn to the necessity for the local developers to start sales of housing mainly on various social schemes and the main building customers — The city investment-building committee and the House Building Fund RB have to do it first, the head of Ufa administration capital construction dept Ilyas Munirov reported to “Bashinform”.
“If the cost of one square meter is stabilized, we have practically ideal conditions for development of own housing programs by local enterprises and organizations” – he said – “The developers have to work over the attraction of means of Ufa enterprises in order to continue erecting the tenements by the example of JSC “BASHINFORMSVYAZ”, which has put the 264-flat tenement for its employees into exploitation”.
JSC “UMPO” is developing its own project – construction of the cottage settlement, where the individual, block-type and many-flat houses are erected on one territory. When selling these flats the developers will certainly apply the social schemes.
