The Bashkir State Statistics Committee has calculated the cost of the minimal set of foods in March. It made up 1992,19 rubles. In Russia this figure made up 2272,67 rubles on average. The basket of foods consists of 33 most necessary foods.
According to the statistical data the rye bread cost 23,03 rubles for one kilogram in Bashkortostan in March, wheat bread and buns were sold out at 22,87 rubles, vermicelli – at 28,12 rubles. One kilogram of rice cost 38,5 rubles, one kilogram of sugar – 33,27 rubles and one kg of potato- 14,37 rubles.
One kilogram of beef cost 170,19 rubles on average, pork – 167,4 rubles and chickens – 86,71 rubles (one kg).
One liter of pasteurized milk cost 23,34 rubles, one kilogram of butter – 175,92 rubles, one liter of sunflower oil cost 52, 09 rubles and one dozen of eggs -34,22 rubles in March.
