Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev ordered to work up the program for post-hostel accompaniment of children
The Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev ordered to work up the program for the post-hostel accompaniment of the children at today’s operative meeting of the Government RB.
“Leaving the hostel’s walls the children face plenty of problems” – he said – “Unpracticality to life, the absence of housing and social bonds and problems with employment – a teenager can’t solve all these problems alone and here the helping hand of the state and our joint care are necvessary. A part of the problems ca be solved only at the federal level but there are the problems, which can be regulated at the Republican level, for example, professional orientation and recovery: The children are often sent to the education institutions without taking their wishes and inclinations into account, many of them suffer from chronic diseases. It is important that the leavers of the children’s homes would enter the adult life, being well-prepared, and we should be ready to help them if necessary. All children’s home leavers should be adapted to the self-dependent life” – the Prime-Minister underscored.
