Rail Sarbaev: support of industry remains the main aim in spite of the crisis
“Under the condition of the aggravation of the external economic conjuncture, abrupt cut-back of credit and investment resources and quick fall of the demand in goods and services the Government paid serious attention to supplying of local industrial enterprises with the Republican and municipal orders” – the Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev stated, reporting to parliamentarians at today’s 23rd meeting of the State Council RB.
In 2009 within the frames of the federal goal-oriented programs the industrial enterprises RB have received budget support for the sum of more than 1 billion rubles and in addition to it the state defense order and the orders for the law-enforcement structures for the overall sum of 6 billion rubles have been placed at 18 enterprises.
“But today it is too early to say about complete and final overcoming of the crisis after-effects in economics” – Rail Sarbaev underscored – “The enterprises, concerned with the Russian motor-car industry, still face serious problems. Our processing and mining enterprises are still dependent on oil prices and prices for non-ferrous metals. The work on recovery of financial-economic situation at the problematic enterprises and on production diversification will be continued in 2010” – the Prime-Minister of Government RB reported to the audience.
