1,3 million tons of sugar beet is planned to harvest in Bashkortostan in 2010

About 62-65 thousand hectares is planned to sow with sugar-beet in Bashkortostan in 2010 and under favorable climatic conditions the gross harvest of this culture should make 1,3 million tons, as it was said at the zone agronomical meeting, held in Blagovarsky region RB.

The representatives of the Republican sugar plants have shared their plans on sugar-beet processing. Thus, the company “RAEVSAKHAR” intends to process 400 thousand tons, JSC “CHISHMINSKY Sugar Plant” – at least 370 thousand tons and JSC “KARLAMANSKY Sugar Plant” -250 thousand tons.
