Rail Sarbaev: “All social obligations before population are fulfilled”
“Following the instructions of the President RB Murtaza Rakhimov the Government is keeping closer watch to social support of different layers of population and to unconditional fulfillment of our social obligations” – the Prime-Minister o Government RB Rail Sarbaev said at today’s enlarged meeting of Government RB, called “The results of social-economic development in 2009 and the aims for 2010”.
He mentioned that in spite of progress rates’ slowing the monetary incomes of population were steadily growing up. The real population’s monetary incomes in 2009 have increased by 2,8% and the average per capita incomes made 16119 rubles. He also reported the average monthly wage in 2009 made 14987 rubles. The average wages have grown up in education, health, municipal economy, culture and sport spheres. At the same time we face the lowering of monthly wages in the off-budget sphere and these tendencies can be traced in metallurgy, production of transport vehicles and equipment and in woodworking spheres. In this connection the Prime-Minister emphasized the local employers shouldn’t solve their problems at the expense of workers and at the expense of the reduction of the labor force cost.
