580 square meters of housing per one thousand people was put into exploitation in Bashkortostan in 2009
580 square meters per one thousand citizens have been put into operation in Bashkortostan in 2009. This is the average showing but there are the territories where it is exceeded many times. For example, 4946 square meters was put into exploitation in Ufimsky region RB.
In a whole 24,6 thousand flats with the overall area 2 million 352 thousand square meters have been built up in Bashkortostan in 2009. It means the level of 2008 is kept and only four regions in Russia build more: Moscow region, Krasnodar region and the cities of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.
“The positive dynamics in house-building was achieved thanks to the individual building” – Minister of building, architecture and transport RB Ravil Ibatullin reported at the meeting of his Ministry – “At the expense of own means and credits 17,6 thousand individual homes with the overall area one million 933,6 thousand square meters have been erected in our Republic – by 19,2% more than in 2008. The share of individual dwelling in the average Republican housing input made 82,2%”.
