Rail Sarbaev has come out in Moscow with the initiatives on support of small business

At today’s meeting of the Russian Governmental commission re “Realization of the measures of state support for small and medium business in 2009”, held under the chairmanship of the first deputy Chairman of Government RF Igor Shuvalov in Moscow, the Prime-Minister of Government RF Rail Sarbaev has ventilated the preliminary outcomes of the programs on support of small and medium business.

On this line Republic of Bashkortostan has mastered 1 billion 73 million rubles last year and 1100 small and medium business companies have received state support from the Republican and federal budgets.

“We may say already today the undertaken measures allowed us to open more than two thousand new workplaces and to preserve 11 thousand old ones” – the Prime-Minister underscored. Rail Sarbaev mentioned in his report that special emphasis was laid on support of small and medium business undertakings in sphere of industrial production and innovations.

He has also come out with the proposals on perfection of the system for support of small business. In six points he has ventilated the key problems of small and medium business, demanding immediate solutions at the federal level.

It was suggested that the subsidies, given to small business, should be free from taxation. Besides, the fuel prices for small business companies should be fixed and the period of validity of the federal law about “small privatization” should be prolonged.

The Prime-Minister of Government RB has introduced the proposals on attraction of private realty when opening the new techno-parks and industrial parks. The interest of the owners of abandoned areas will allow using the means of regional and federal budgets more efficiently.

Rail Sarbaev also suggested the private auxiliary farmings should be added to the category of small business undertakings and this step will help them to receive more systematical state relief.
