Quality of bread is checked in Bashkortostan

The assortment of bakeries on the shelves of our shops grows up from year to year and in order to provide high quality of the bakeries, sold on the territory of Bashkortostan the State Food Dept RB worked up the short-term program “Quality of bread and bakeries”.

In accordance with this program the specialists of the Food Dept RB choose the samples of bread and bakeries in the trade networks and the markets of Ufa. The samples are checked up by the independent laboratories. The results of the independent laboratory tests will be announced on February 26 at 14 o’clock at the meeting with the representatives of the bakery branch, trade and mass-media, held at the Bashkir State Agrarian University at the faculty of food technologies.

After the meeting the bread ad bakeries, manufactured by the local producers, will be tasted.
