Russian Ministry of industry and trade approved the departmental goal-oriented program “Development of small and medium business undertakings in industry and trade”. The main goal of the program is removal of administrative barriers before small and medium business and shortening of the list of production, subject to obligatory certification.
Assistance to development of small and medium business in industry and trade in mono-profiled towns of Russia and wide usage of methods and means of industrial design for the rise of the level of competitiveness for the products, manufactured by small and medium business enterprises, are the main directions of the program.
The program also includes such directions as making of the conditions for development of import-substitution in light industry, support of Russian producers of goods for children, import-substitution in pharmaceutical and chemical industry and development of arts and crafts. Special focus will be laid on perfection of state regulation of trade activity.
The program doesn’t presume allocation of additional means from the budget for realization of the abovementioned arrangements and will be financed by the Russian budget in accordance with the active obligations. The volumes of financing make about 592 million rubles. The program is meant for 2010-2012.
It should be noted the prospects and mechanisms for support of business undertakings in 2010 will be under discussion tomorrow, February 19, within the frames of the forum “Business-potential RB”.
