The representative RB has taken part in the 34th World WACS Congress (the World Association of Culinary Unions) in the capital of Chile at the end of January. The head of the Culinary Association RB Mils Kadyrov visited the forum in Santiago in the staff of Russian delegation.
At the first meeting of the Congress’s participants the President of Russian Culinary Association Viktor Belyaev presented the rarity to the President of WACS – the book with the ancient Russian recipes published in 1889.
“Participation in the Congress WACS-2010 is a high achievement and honor for Russia” – Mils Kadyrov said – “Our country has never taken part in so wide-scaled and important events for all culinary experts of the world. The main thing is that after the official meeting with the presidents of culinary associations from other countries the negotiations concerning further cooperation and signing of the contracts for training and approbation of young culinary experts have been signed there. It opens absolutely new prospects before young people”.
