Now the document has to be signed by President RB, who introduced this bill to the Republican parliament. It is quite possible that President RB Murtaza Rakhimov will propose a candidature to the post of the ombudsman for child rights at the January session of State Council RB. In accordance with the article 5 of the law any Russian citizen, aged 35, having higher professional education and work experience in sphere of child rights protection and high public authority, may become the ombudsman for child rights.
