For the last week the prices in Ufa secondary dwelling market have grown up by 0,4%. At present time the average offer price makes 39,87 thousand rubles for one square meter. Only the segment of one-room flats shows certain reduction of prices – by 0,4% to 42,39 thousand rubles for one square meter.
Two- and three-room flats have become by 0,6% more expensive and offered today at 39 thousand and 38,03 thousand rubles for one square meter correspondingly.
Flats with more than three rooms have become by 0,1% more expensive to 39,72 thousand rubles for one meter.
The average offer price for elite dwelling in the capital RB makes 61,1 thousand rubles for one square mete and this category of dwelling isn’t taken into account when calculating the general index of housing prices.
The index of Ufa dwelling yield is still equal to minus 8,0 bank deposits, the market index of hypothec crediting is equal to 19% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec credit availability is 0,1.
