Small state management academy is founded in Bashkortostan. It is opened by the initiative of the Plenipotentiary of Russian President in Volga federal district Gregory Rapota and with assistance of President RB Murtaza Rakhimov and is based at the Bashkir State University. The Chief Federal Inspector in RB Peter Kapishnikov, the State Advisor under President RB Sergey Lavrentiev, the deputy head of Presidential Administration RB Zaki Nasyrov and the rector of the Bashkir State University Muchamet Kharrasov have taken part in the ceremony of its opening.
It is worth mentioning that the first similar educational institutions, aimed at student training in sphere of public management, were found in 2006 in Nizhniy Novgorod and Perm. Now these academies are open in all regions in the staff of Volga federal district.
“I am happy to take part in this so important for the whole institute community event – opening of the small state management academy” – the Chief Federal Inspector in RB Peter Kapishnikov said – “Whatever beginnings occur in the country and whatever strategic directions are worked out on social-economic development of the state system, all these ideas can’t be realized without good professionals and training of such professionals is the strategic task for the country in a whole. We need competent managers in sphere of health protection, education and on many other directions”.
