The first group of pilgrims from Bashkortostan, having made the hadj over the holy places in Saudi Arabia, is coming back to Ufa today. Having left Ufa in the second half of November they visited the main Islamic pilgrimage centers – Mecca and Medina. On November 27 the pilgrims celebrated Kurban-Bayram in the valley of Arafat-peak, churching the sacrifice ceremony. Today they are returning home to their families.
In the nearest days other pilgrims from our Republic expected to arrive – about 350 people in total complexity.
