The editorial staff of the magazine “RODINA” arrives in Ufa. The staff of the delegation includes the General Director of the edition “RODINA” Vitally Zubkevitch, his deputy Vladimir Ivanov, the magazine’s observer, writer Leo Anninsky and the editor of the magazine’s religious department, chief-editor of “The Messenger of Actual Forecasts” Sergey Antonenko.
The delegation will stay in our Republic for three days and will take part in several cultural and scientific arrangements. Thus, four “round tables” with participation of the members of the delegation will be organized on Wednesday. Two “round tables” will be held in the National Museum RB to the themes “Development of Bashkortostan as the land, having voluntarily become a part of Russian state” and “Participation of the companies, formed on the territory RB, in the patriotic wars of 1812 and 1941-1945”. The “round table” to the theme “Ufa is the capital of Russian Islam since Katherine the II till nowadays” will be held in the Central Clerical Muslim Dept of Russia and the “round table” to the theme “The unique sources on material and spiritual culture of Bashkortostan’s nations” will be held at the Institute of history, language and literature RB. Besides, the delegation intends to visit the Bashkir State Art Museum by Nesterov also on Wednesday.
On Thursday the representatives of the delegation will visit the Museum of archeology and ethnography RB and will hold meetings with the students of humanitarian faculties of the Bashkir State University and the Bashkir State Pedagogical University and with the students of humanitarian faculties of Sterlitamac and Birsk.
On Friday the delegation will take part in the celebrations of Kurban-Bayram and will visit the Godmother-TABYNSKY Church and the sanatorium “KRASNOUSOLSK”.
The issue of the special number of the magazine “RODINA”, devoted to Bashkortostan, will become the result of the three-day visit. Special attention will be paid to the unique archeological monuments on the territory RB and to the peculiarities of spiritual and material Bashkir culture, to the historical stage of Bashkiria’s joining Russia and to the present cultural and economic achievements of the Republic.
The magazine “RODINA” is considered the biggest federal edition in the country, covering the history and culture of our country and the nations, inhabiting it, from the ancient times and till nowadays.
