For the first time for several last years the index of birth rate in the region exceeds the index of death rate.
40 cottages have been put into operation in the region in 2007-2008. At present time other 20 cottages are erected and by the end of the year 20 cottages more will be settled. The cottages are erected with the usage of the newest technologies and in the shortest terms and the construction budget is 12 thousand rubles for one square meter. The area of every cottage is about 100 square meters.
