The XI Congress of “United Russia” to be held in Saint-Petersburg on November 21
The XI Congress of the party “United Russia” will take place on November 21 in Saint-Petersburg. The chairman of the party, Prime-Minister of Government RF Vladimir Putin will make the main report. It is expected more than 600 delegates and more than 2000 guests will take part in the forum, including the members of Russian Federation Council and State Duma deputies, federal officials, heads of Russian regions, foreign experts and prominent public activists. 18 people will present Bashkortostan’s regional division of “United Russia” at the forum and it will be one of the most numerous delegations.
The news-service of “United Russia” central executive committee reports the V all-Russian media-forum will take place in Saint-Petersburg on November 20 on the eve of the congress and same day the meetings of five thematic conferences will take place – “Ideology and program documents”, “Social and party projects”, “Actual aspects of party construction and party work”, “Modernization of economics and social sphere and “Party’s projects in sphere of infrastructure, investments and innovations”, where the questions of the agenda will be discussed.
The international scientific-practical forum “Social responsibility of the parties within the period of the crisis” will take place on November 21 in the morning before the congress. Chairman of “United Russia” Supreme Council Boris Gryzlov, the deputy secretary of the party’s Presidium re foreign policy and inter-party ties Constantine Kosachev and representatives of more than 30 foreign delegations will take part in its work. It is expected the agreements of cooperation between “United Russia” and some foreign parties will be signed after the end of the forum.
