President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev will appeal to the Federal Assembly RF with the annual Message today, November 12, at 12 o’clock in Kremlin. The Message will be broadcasted by the TV-channels “Russia” and “The First” and by the leading news-agencies through internet in real time mode.

The work over the annual Message of the head of the state was running taking the proposals, advanced in the course of the discussions of the article “Russia, Forward!”, into account. Dmitry Medvedev underscored that since the strategic approaches were set fourth in the article in details, the Message should be more precise, thus, answering the questions, set in the article.

“Not long ago I’ve published the article “Russia, Forward!”, devoted to the theme how we have to live further” – Dmitry Medvedev said at the meeting with the leaders of the political parties, forming the staff of Russian State Duma – “The Message of this year is prepared by a rather different scenario. Per se I’ve published the Message’s outline beforehand”.

For five weeks, having passed from the moment of the article’s publication, more than 13 thousand comments have come from ordinary citizens, parties and public organizations, as it was said at the meeting of Russian President with the leadership of the Presidential Administration and members of Russian Government, held on October 19.

“As I remember, about 16 thousand comments entered the site of Russian President and I am sure you have your own proposals to the Message” – President of Russia said at the late meeting with the members of Russian Federation Council.

It should be noted that Dmitry Medvedev has taken the floor with his first Message after he was elected the President of Russian Federation, on November 5, 2008.
