2,4 million square meters of housing will be put into operation in Bashkortostan
The main challenge the building complex of the Republic is facing now is to put 2,4 million square meters of dwelling into operation till the end of the year – by 2% more than in 2008 and this is the task the Minister of building, architecture and transport RB Ravil Ibatullin set before the developers.
Development of low building is regarded as one of the solutions for this task and for these purposes the program “My own house” is worked up in Bashkortostan. This program is under development in three villages of Ufimsky region of Bashkortostan for today. About 1000 cottages will be put into exploitation in these three settlements by the end of the year. The program will be launched in other towns and settlements of Bashkortostan too. The Republic takes all expenses on construction of engineering services upon itself.
Besides, the line for production of hasty cottages will be launched at the plant for production of ceramic tile of the company “LASSELBERGER”. These cottages will be ready-to-operate and the cost of one square meter will make 11-12 thousand rubles.
In total complexity more than 10 billion rubles was allocated in 2009 for house building from the Republic exchequer.
