For the last week the average offer price in Ufa secondary dwelling market reduced by 0,4% to 37,9 thousand rubles for one square meter.
In particular, one-room flats cheapened by 0,3% to 40,61 thousand rubles for one square meter. The cost of two-room flats fell by 0,5% to 37,32 thousand rubles for one meter. Prices for three-room flats fell by 0,2% — to 36,4 thousand rubles for one square meter. Flats with more than three rooms cheapened by 0,3% to 36,9 thousand rubles for one meter. The average price for elite dwelling made up 57,8 thousand rubles for one meter.
As compared with the beginning of the year one-room flats cost by 21,2% cheaper, two-room flats – by 23,6%, three-room flats - by 22,8% and flats with many rooms – by 27,3%.
The index of Ufa dwelling yield on October 5 makes up minus 0,8 bank deposits. The market index of hypothec crediting in Ufa is equal to 19% of interest per annum and the index of hypothec credit availability is 0,1.
