By the results of nine months 2009 Ufa is found on the 18th position in the list of 33 Russian cities with population more than 500 thousand people by the cost of housing. This list doesn’t include Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.
According to information of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the cheapening of the cost of one square meter in 33 big cities made up 2,5% on average – to 38 thousand rubles. From the beginning of 2009 the dwelling prices reduced by 23%.
The average cost of one square meter in Ufa makes up 37900 rubles at present moment. The leaders of price-cutting are: Volgograd (minus 39%), Perm (33%), Vladivostok (29%), Moscow (28%) and Togliatti (28%).
Dwelling prices in Novosibirsk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Chelyabinsk and Samara became by 26% cheaper and in Omsk, Krasnoyarsk and Ufa – by 25%.
