Rail Sarbaev participated in opening of a new building of Sterlitamac’s State Pedagogical Academy
Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev is found in a work trip over the city of Sterlitamac today. Several remarkable events will occur in the city today and one of such events is opening of the laboratory and training facility at the Institute of pedagogics and psychology under Sterlitamac’s State Pedagogical Academy by Zainab Biisheva.
This higher education institution was founded in 1940 and that time the academy was the institute for teachers. In 2004 the institute was renamed into the Sterlitamac’s State Pedagogical Academy. In 2008 the Academy was named after Zainab Biisheva.
At present time 6452 students study at the academy and 40 graduates of the academy work in our Republic.
The renovated laboratory and training facility is opened here today. Its total area is almost 800 square meters and 28 million rubles was invested in its reconstruction.
Prime-Minister of Government RB Rail Sarbaev said, speaking before the students and pedagogues: “The remarkable event has occurred today at the Academy. On the eve of our main holiday — the Republic Day – a new laboratory and training facility is opened here. The future of our society is closely connected with education. Our Republic possesses one of the best education systems in the country and even during the most difficult years education was always in the center of our state policy. Under support of President RB Murtaza Rakhimov the volumes of financing of education system grow up every year. More than 100 billion rubles have been invested in education sphere for the last five years. While other Russian regions closed education institutions one by one, we continued to erect new ones. About 40 education objects are put into exploitation in our Republic every year. In this year we’ve already opened the 1000th new school, beginning from 1990. I think such scales of construction can’t be observed anywhere in Russia!”
Rail Sarbaev also mentioned that social and economic policy, pursued in the Republic, brought positive results even during the crisis. Bashkortostan stands among the first three of Russian regions together with Tyumen region and Khanty-Mansiysky autonomous district, which managed to live through eight months of the year without crash of the main indices in economics. Bashkortostan is the best Russian region by administration of the budget and our Republic is one of the leaders in the country by the industrial production volumes for eight months of the year after Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.
