Muslims are preparing themselves for Predestination Night
More than two billion Muslims all over the world are preparing for celebration of the Predestination Night, which falls on the time period between Tuesday and Friday. The head of the Clerical Muslim Dept RB, Mufti Nurmuchamet Nigmatullin has already congratulated all believers with this forthcoming event.
“This night is ordered in Koran in a separate surah and considered sacred for all Muslims” – he said – “And I congratulate all believers with this event”.
The Predestination Night is traditionally celebrated on the 27th day of the holy month of Ramadan. According to the legend the first surah, called “The Clot”, had been sent to the prophet Muhammad this night and the surah started with the words “Read! In the name of the God Almighty, who had created a man from the clot”. It is considered that during this night human destinies are written for the whole next year so all Muslims are recommended to meet the Predestination Night with prayers and night watch.
