JSC “SALAVATNEFTEORGSINTEZ” reached the decision to raise wages of its employees. News-service of the company reports beginning from July the rate of wages for the majority of the company’s workers will be increased by 6% and for employees of some auxiliary units – by 11,3%. Since the beginning of this year this is the first indexation of wages at JSC “SALAVATNEFTEORGSINTEZ”. In 2008 wages were raised here only twice: by 10% on January and by 5% on July. The rise of wages will cost the company about 20 million rubles monthly. At present time “SALAVATNEFTEORSINTEZ” stands in the Top3 of the largest Russian oil-chemical enterprises and is one of the leading producers of butyl alcohols, benzene, ethylene, propylene, polyethylene and other products of oil-chemistry. Today the company’s output counts about 140 sorts, including 70 large-capacity products. The company’s labor collective makes up more than 12,5 thousand people.
