Bashkir two-section cross-country vehicle “VITYAZ”, produced by the machine-building company “VITYAZ” in Ishimbay, has to be adopted by Russian rescuers in the nearest future. At present time the vehicle is tested by fire services RB. This machine, often called “the marsh baggy”, can be used for fire extinguishing, emergency works, medical aiding and cargo delivery under full lack of roads. The machine can move on swamps and water, in rarefied air, under super-high and super-low temperatures, it is able to jump over fissures etc. This vehicle still has no analogues in the world. Besides, it has rather small HWD and harmless for environment and that is especially important in the conditions of the Far North where local flora is too delicate and hard to restore.
