Interregional festival of Russian song and chastooshka to be held in Bashkortostan

The IX interregional festival of Russian song and chastooshka will be held in June 25-27 in the village EMASHI, Republic of Bashkortostan. The Republican Folk Art Center reports about 70 folk groups and soloists are ready to take part in the contest – about 800 people from different regions and towns RB and from Chelyabinsk and Perm regions. The jury under chairmanship of soloist of the Bashkir State Philharmonic Society by Khusain Akhmetov, honorable actress RB Guzelle Izmailova will estimate the participants of this vocal competition. This festival is held in Bashkortostan since 1989. In 2007 it was included into the list of jubilee actions, dedicated to the 450th anniversary of Bashkiria’s free-will joining the staff of Russia.
